INDEMNIFICATION
1. Getmeatour.com (Supplier) shall indemnify and hold Distributor/client(s) harmless from and against, any and all claims, demands, or actions, and damages of every kind: for injury to or death of any person or persons; for alleged infringement of any patent, trademark, or copyright or violation of any trade secret or other proprietary rights by any of our products furnished hereunder; for damage to or loss of property, arising out of or attributed, directly or indirectly, to the conduct, operations or performance of Distributor; and arising out of a breach of contract of the foregoing warranty.
2. Getmeatour.com(supplier) shall indemnify and hold Jazzin World Corp.and all its affiliates or getmeatour.com harmless from and against any and all claims, demands, or actions and any cost, liabilities, or losses arising out of any statements or representations made by our clinets, employees, or agents with respect to the products, except for statements that are direct quotations of the documentation and marketing materials provided by Supplier to clients for use in connection with the products.
A): Entertainer/Writer/Poet/Lecturer must supply his own original subject to approval (some recordings may be need restoring and be original. Samples MUST be cleared) with head shots, website-email/contact /Biography. Artists MUST PERFORM using his/her own original compositions and they will maintain copyright, and we remit up to 60 percent commission on each final fee from our client and entertainer will be addressed up to 40 percent after any expenses for a performance fee.
B) Promoter Invitation- Upon invitation from the promoter/client from any city artists/entertainer/poet/lecturer/comedian agrees to avail (a schedule in advance) subject that the artist/entertainer is booked by the promoter/client to exclusively render his service to travel and perform, failure to do so/ no-show will lead to immediate termination. Please also refer to the AUTHORIZATION FORM and terms at getmeatour.com
C) Tour Submission- tour submission will cover a one time specific continent ie Europe to at least 26 promoters or clients in that demographic and upon invitation to the event, entertainer will proceed to execute or render his or her entertainment services subject to invitation by promoter/client. Extra requests to tour another demographic city/country may require additional processing fee. Entertainer shall be responsible for their own taxes and safety, health including insurance at all times
D) Entertainer/artist/s/poet/s/lecturer/s/or comedian understands that getmeatour. is an equal rights opportunity organization. My productivity is based on my work, dedication and this clause equates the fact that the service I offer can be reviewed and terminated at anytime without consent and claim, and that my services will be offered on a temporally/independent basis upon approval of getmeatour.com and Jazzin World Corp.
The undersigned parties or clients agree to submit all disputes to binding arbitration, administered by the American Arbitration Association, or any other mutually acceptable arbitration panel.
Any of the trademarks, service marks, collective marks, design rights, personality rights or similar rights that are mentioned, used or cited on this site are the property of their respective owners. Unless otherwise stated, Getmeatour.com are neither endorsed by nor affiliated with any of the holders of such rights IN ALL TERRITORRIES WORLDWIDE, nor can Getmeatour.com grant rights to use otherwise protected materials. Your use of any such incorporeal property is at your own risk.
